Characteristics: ( 1 )The product is 1.25Cr-0.5MoV Cr-Mo heat resistant steel MIG welding wire. ( 2 ) It’s used to weld pearlitic heat resistant steel under 540oC working temperature, such as boiler pipe,high temperature and high pressure pipe, oil cracking equipment, high temperature synthesis of chemical machinery, etc. Precautions: ( 1 ) Adequately clear the oil,rust,moisture,dust and other debris of the welded parts. ( 2 ) The hardening capacity of molten metal is strong in air-cool,it need preheat before welding and heat treatment after welding. ( 3 ) Preheat and interpass temperature in 135~165℃,heat treatment after welding in 675~705℃.
